Whether your a time slot or appointment taking business like a hairdresser or realestate offering a house viewing right through to an events company or a wedding agent, you’ll probably be using an online calendar like Google Cal, iCal or an Outlook Calendar to manage your diaries.

With this event calendar you can link multiple online calendars to one interface on your website so your clients can see your availability before sending an email or making a call.

The calendars can be searched individually by checking the relevant service (Which can also be colour coded) so if you're a company that takes bookings for multiple time slots your calendars won’t get mixed up. All events or bookings can be expanded into modals for easy viewing with all the information, maps, times and dates updated in your preferred online calendar.

What makes them even more fun is that you can style them however you like so if you’re an events company (for example) you can add images or your logo to the background and customise it to suit your company styling, however if you’re a corporate agent you can also style it inline with your business branding.

For our example, we’ve connected 2 calendars (via Google) one called My Events and the second called Weddings. You’ll see them checked in the bottom right hand corner of the calendar. We’ve added a few different example events over the coming months which are colour coded to the relevant calendar as well adding a couple on the same day to show no conflict or double booking.

If you like the connected events calendars and want to include the option for your website visitors to book an appointment online then you can add an online booking form that once submitted will send you an email request for you to confirm (you can update you connected calendars accordingly) so you don’t accidentally double book an appointment.

This is a simple but handy addition to any website, if you’re a real estate agent doing open homes, a school or business offering a public event like a charity fundraiser day or a public speaking seminar right through to a major sporting fixture (as in our example) with a click of button your website visitors can add the event to their personal calendar so they’ll never miss it!

You can add as many as you like to your website, the buttons are fully customisable and you can add the button to a backdrop like in our example.
