If you choose a CMS style website then yes the website will have editing capabilities, We also build websites that are managed by Image Temple so all content and updates are taken care of for you.
No, However we offer 1 year free with all our website builds so It works out great to keep it all in house and we can mange everything without needing to contact a 3rd party.
If you would like to host your website with another company we would charge a small administration fee for managing the changes that would be required on a different server.

If you choose a easy website template and are able to supply all the content required then you can have your website up and running in just a couple of days. However if you wish to add additional features or require some custom design work then it may take a little longer depending on what you require.
Custom builds are designed and quoted with an expected delivery date and will be dependant on the work being carried out.

For the most part, a JPEG and PNG file are the easiest formats for you to supply for images and a link to a YouTube / Vimeo channel or an MP4/MPEG file for embedding a video.
However, depending on whether you are looking at one of our easy website templates or a custom build (which may have different features, image sizes or layouts) we may require a scalable image format

When we publish your website to our servers, the website in its initial form will be backed up for the safeguard and security of your content. However, if you are making regular changes or updating content on your site you may wish to opt for a maintenance package to ensure your content is regularly back up.
Content hosted on a third party server is the responsibility of that hosting company.
Of course, there’s many industries that offer cheap and easy alternative products but in the long run how easy and how cheap is it?

Yes, we create packages to meet the individual needs of any size store.
As every clients requirements vary we like to tailor for the individual but we have developed packages that include ongoing SKU development, branding, marketing material, social media and SEO support to help drive the success of a website or web store.

In many cases, web stores (especially subscription models) require ongoing development and support, however if you choose a simple store solution then we can have one up and running in 3 or 4 days depending on the number of SKU’s you choose to sell.

Your logo is the cornerstone of your branding and should be finalised prior to starting any web design or marketing material.
As its such an important part of your brand identity, logos are not included as part of a web package, however we can individually design a logo or encompass logo development into a full branding package.
Yes, we are happy to update and freshen up existing company identities, logos and branding.
Yes we can design and deliver large scale artwork for your shopfront signage, window display’s, wall backdrops and more and are happy to work with your preferred signage company or arrange print and installation through one of our collaborative print and signage agencies.
Once a logo or piece or artwork has been completed, we are happy to provide you with multiple size options (as required) and in a range of formats including JPEG, PNG, PDF and also EPS, SVG or TIFF files if required for larger scalable printing.
All images are the copyright of the creator but can be licensed for use in different formats. We can licence and ensure fair use of images on your behalf to make sure your brand doesn’t accidentally trip over any copyright infringements.
We can also apply image protection to your website to safeguard your content and make it harder for others to gain access or download your imagery.
Yes, we can design the artwork for all printable or digitally distributed marketing material including brochures, business cards, company branding, corporate statements and much much more.
We can also arrange printing and delivery if you prefer to keep everything in-house or alternatively we’re equally happy to work with your preferred printer.
Yes, we can offer social media content development and help refresh your styling as part of a branding package or we are also happy to offer ongoing social media marketing material as part of our graphic design and social integration service.
